OKR and strategy execution platform with a structured quarterly grading workflow
Profit.co is an OKR and strategy execution platform that lets organizations set objectives at company, department, team, and individual level, cascade them through an alignment tree, and track progress through scheduled check-ins. Beyond OKRs it bundles performance management, a Balanced Scorecard module, and project portfolio management, and it is best known for Reflect & Reset — a formal end-of-cycle step where teams grade each key result, answer configurable reflection questions, and decide what carries into the next quarter.
Create objectives at every level and align each key result to a parent OKR. The alignment tree shows the full company-to-individual chain, check-ins roll progress up the chain immediately, and goals can be realigned to a new parent without losing history. Supports both top-down cascading and bottom-up roll-up.
100+ native integrations can update key result progress automatically instead of by hand, including Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Asana, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Google Sheets, Excel, Zendesk, ServiceNow, GitHub, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL sources such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, and BigQuery.
Check-in frequency is set per key result from a seeded list (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, days-of-month), can be defaulted per department under Settings, and superusers can build fully custom frequencies with named check-in dates. A grace period setting controls how late an update still counts.
Check-in history can be filtered by on-time, late, missed, and upcoming, so program owners can see adoption rather than just progress. Projection graphs plot planned versus actual pace, and each check-in captures a value, a confidence status (On Track, At Risk, In Trouble, Completed), and a comment.
A dedicated end-of-cycle step, enabled by a superuser under Settings > OKRs > Authoring. Teams answer org-defined reflection questions to capture learnings, then reset: each key result is marked complete and closed, or carried forward into the next quarter. Grading uses percentage completion by default, or Custom Key Result Scoring with commitment-level buckets on a 1, 5, 10, or 100 scale (commonly business-as-usual / difficult but attainable / extremely ambitious). Objective scores are computed as an average or weighted average of their key results.
Teams that want more than a progress percentage at quarter end use Reflect & Reset to grade each key result against commitment levels, answer standard reflection questions, and decide explicitly what carries into the next cycle.
Connect Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, or a data warehouse so key results move on their own, keeping the OKR board current without asking owners to retype numbers every week.
Leadership traces a company objective down through departments to individual key results in one alignment tree, with progress rolling up instantly so at-risk branches surface before the quarter ends.
