Hastee is a UK-based earned wage access (EWA) platform that gives employees instant access to up to 50% of their accrued wages at any point during the pay cycle — without waiting for payday. Integrated into the employer's existing HR and payroll systems, Hastee enables workers to withdraw earned pay on demand, reducing reliance on payday loans, overdrafts, and high-cost credit. The platform was acquired by Zellis in 2025 and continues to serve enterprise employers globally. For employers, Hastee is free to implement and does not impact company cash flow — the platform funds advances directly and recovers them at payroll. Employers gain access to an admin dashboard with workforce financial wellbeing insights, flexible feature selection, and white-labelling options. Hastee connects to over 80 Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and Payroll systems and supports both API and SFTP file exchange. Hastee serves over 350 employer clients across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and logistics — with marquee customers including McDonald's, IKEA, Domino's, Bupa, and the NHS. The platform is ISO 27001 certified with AWS-hosted infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest, and configurable transaction limits and cycle controls for compliance.
