Amazing Marvin
The customizable task manager designed for ADHD and focus
About Amazing Marvin
Amazing Marvin is a highly customizable personal task manager and daily planner that incorporates principles from behavioral psychology to help users beat procrastination. With over 94 toggleable strategies, it lets users design their own productivity system rather than forcing a single workflow. Features include nested categories and projects in a Master List, time tracking with visual graphs, a distinction between do dates and due dates, Google Calendar integration, and focus-enhancing tools like the Top of Mind feature. Built by a small self-funded team in Zürich, Switzerland, Amazing Marvin is particularly popular among users with ADHD and productivity enthusiasts who want granular control over their task management workflow without needing to build databases from scratch.
